incorporated in the year 2005 in the Republic of South Africa under
Registration Number 2005/095210/07.
Dijalo Valuation Services Management (Pty) Ltd is a property valuations
services provider that is professional, proactive, ethical, and
tries to add value beyond client’s expectations.
Dijalo Valuation Services Management is a 100% black-owned company.
The company’s ethos is provide a platform mainly but not exclusively
for previously disadvantaged South Africans to participate in the
property valuations sector in a meaningful way whereby their skills
are developed such that they can tackle the most sophisticated assignments
that can be encountered in the field of valuation.
While Dijalo Valuation Services Management is a subsidiary of a
property company, it nevertheless endeavours to provide independent
professional valuations to all clients whether external or in-house.

Dijalo Valuation Services Management (Pty) Ltd was set up mainly
to provide client-focused consultancy services in the field property
valuation. The outfit provides valuations of all categories of immovable
property which encompass agricultural, commercial, retail, industrial,
residential, vacant land parcels and specialised properties such
as abattoirs, filling stations and guesthouses/hotels for the following

The Team
At present the Valuation Team of 5 Valuers is headed by Mongodi
Pitso, who obtained a BSc degree in Land Management from Reading
University in the United Kingdom in 1991 and also holds a Masters
degree in Property Science from the University of the Free State.
His eighteen year career in the property sector has included some
five years in the public sector and ten years in the private sector
including five years spent at ABSA Real Estate Asset Management
in the commercial and agricultural valuations division. He has unrestricted
registration as a Professional Associated Valuer. All Candidate
Valuers are closely supervised by the Team Leader. Sophisticated
valuation assignments are personally undertaken by the Team Leader.
A licensed Argus DCF Valuation software package is deployed for
portfolio valuations.
